Description Tektronix P5100A The passive high voltage probe P5100A is a low input capacitance high voltage (2.5 kV) probe designed specifically for higher frequency applications. The probe can be compensated to match plugins and oscilloscopes with nominal input capacitance ranging from 7 to 30 pF. Multiple spiral attachments can be easily connected to the testing equipment.
