Description Tektronix TAP1500 Tektronix TAP1500 Single ended active FET probes provide excellent high-speed electrical and mechanical performance. It can be directly connected to the TekVPI probe interface on Tektronix DPO4000 and MPO4000 series oscilloscopes. ≥ 1.5GHz probe bandwidth ≤ 1 pF input capacitor 1M Ω input resistance -8V to+8V input dynamic range -10V to+10V DC input offset range Micro probe used for detecting small geometric circuit components DUT connection accessories allow for SMD connections with pitch as small as 0.5mm. Robust design ensures reliability and can be used with TekVPI ™ The probe interface is connected to some Tektronix oscilloscopes, which provide automatic unit calibration and easy to access oscilloscope probe menu display on the oscilloscope display, used to display probe status/diagnostic information, as well as control probe DC offset. Note that TAP1500 (661-3286) includes a single probe box, while TAP1500X2 (697-8808) does not include accompanying grounding leads, adapters, color coded clips, weldable probe tips, test tips, user manuals, nylon carrying cases.
