Description Murata GRM 0805 X5R、X7R The Murata GRM series of Y5V dielectric with high dielectric constant has small size, large capacitance value, adopts multi-layer structure for high reliability, and achieves excellent solderability through tin plating on external electrodes. It is used in decoupling smooth circuits and clamp shock absorber circuits with rated voltage higher than 200V. The 0805 series nickel baffle terminal is coated with tin (NiSn) layer, which is used in mobile phone, video and tuner design. COG/NPO is the most common formula for temperature compensation and is an EIA Class I ceramic material. X7R and X5R formulas are called temperature stable ceramics and belong to EIA Class II materials. Y5V and Z5U formulas are suitable for general use within a limited temperature range and belong to EIA Class II materials; These features are very suitable for decoupling applications.
