Description AMPMODU MTE 2.54mm IDC The strip polarization/locking socket assembly AMPMODU MTE IDC locking socket assembly is preloaded with phosphor bronze insulation replacement contacts at its 2.54mm center. These AMPMODU MTE IDC polarized socket housings are made of 94V-0 grade black thermoplastic and are provided in strips, with different numbers of housings on each strip segment (see table for details). The contacts equipped with the carrier strip can be interlocked to enhance the stability and correct positioning of the termination process. They can also be partially inserted into the exposed area of the termination zone, and then fully inserted using appropriate equipment. These MTE socket components come with contact plating, please refer to the data sheet for detailed information.
