Description PS900 The PS series welding system uses Metcal SmartHeat ® Technology provides power for lead-free connections. Smartheat's variable power technology can instantly sense thermal energy and continuously provide precise heat to the solder pads, resulting in high-quality solder joints while protecting sensitive components from damage. Fixed temperature, variable power supply, no thermal overshoot. Specially suitable for lead-free soldering, processing, multi-layer boards, and components with strict heat requirements, the ergonomic lightweight handle ensures operator comfort and improves production efficiency. The automatic sleep workbench increases the service life of the soldering iron tip. The PS-900 soldering iron tip/SFV series (sold separately) uses a high coating thickness to increase the coating thickness of the soldering iron tip to extend its service life.
