Description Tektronix The MDO3000 series of mixed domain oscilloscopes is designed to meet the current and future needs and desires of users. Each model is multifunctional and integrates basic spectrum analyzer, wave detector navigation MSO、 Serial and parallel bus triggering and analysis, as well as digital voltmeter. Optional instrument upgrades and application modules can be purchased at the initial purchase of the oscilloscope or at any time thereafter. Provide the following MDO3000 instrument upgrade module: MDO3AFG (797-3356) arbitrary function generator, which can generate 13 predefined waveforms and arbitrary waveforms; MDO3MSO (797-3352) 16 channels, including P6316 (661-3295) digital probes and accessories; MDO3SA (797-3359) increases the input frequency range of the spectrum analyzer to 9kHz -3GHz and can capture a bandwidth of up to 3GHz; MDO3SEC (797-3365) can enhance instrument safety. Provide the following serial bus triggering and protocol analysis modules: MDO3AERO (797-3371) aviation MIL-STD-1553; MDO3AUDIO (797-3374) audio (l2S, LJ, RJ, TDM); MDO3AUTO (797-3378) Automotive CAN, LIN; MDO3COMP (797-3387) computer (RS-232/422/45/UART); MDO3EMBD (797-3380) embedded L2C, SPI; MDO3FLEX (797-3384) Automotive FlexRay； MDO3USB (797-3393 ) USB 2.0 Dec-LS/FS/HS、Trig-LS/FS。 Provide other analysis modules: MDO3PWR (797-3362) power analysis; MDO3LMT (797-3368) restriction and shielding test. ###Recommended probes for use with MDO3000 series oscilloscopes include: passive- TPP0250 (797-3396)、TPP0500B (797-3390)、TPP0502 (734-5016)、TPP0850 (734-5010)、TPP1000 (728-6759)； Active - TAP1500 (661-3286), TAP2500 (232-288), TAP3500 (668-7155); Differential- TDP0500 (661-3292)、TDP1000 (668-7167)、TDP1500 (668-7161)、THDP0100 (752-7353)、THDP0200 (752-7357)、TMDP0200 (752-7366)； Current - TCP0030A (781-0807), TCP0150 (661-3283). ###Mixed domain oscilloscope
