Description P6245 Active FET probes solve three long-standing issues by providing lower DUT loads (≤ 1 pF/1 M Ω probe loads), direct and simple SMD access, and access to DUT signals and bandwidths of TDS600/700/3000/5000/6000/7000 * 1 and CSA7000 oscilloscopes with bandwidths up to 1 GHz. Provide the electronic and mechanical performance required for today's digital system design. When used with the TEKPROBE BNC oscilloscope, no additional power supply or cable is required. Realize high-speed signal acquisition and low circuit load. The small-sized probe and multi-purpose connection accessories allow direct connection to the device being tested. Provide oscilloscope bandwidth ≥ 1.5 GHz for TDS500/600/700 probe tips (typical, probe only) ≤ 1 pF input capacitance 1 M Ω input resistance direct access SMD measurement with pitch as small as 0.5mm CMOS, BiCMOS, ECL, GaAs, and TTL logic # # Oscilloscope probe
