Description Tektronix 15MHz 300V Passive probe P6101B Tektronix 15MHz 300V Passive probe P6101B provides performance based on Tektronix HYBRID/SMT equipment. The probe is encapsulated within an elastic, molded rubber body, which facilitates portability, comfort, and reliability compared to modular probe types. The integrated stress relief patent allows for excellent cable flexibility while allowing for complete freedom of movement. Each probe has undergone UL safety certification and meets MIL-T-28800, Level 3 environmental specifications. Suitable for use with Tektronix TDS1000, TDS1000B, TDS2000, and TDS2000B oscilloscopes. The replaceable blade can withstand a weight of up to 20 lbf (8.9 Mdyn). Passive oscilloscope probes are available. Please note that all products in this series are available for use with tools with permanent grounding wires.
