Description Keithley 7711 2GHz 50Ω The Keithley 7711 2GHz 50 Ω RF module is a plug-in module that provides an economical broadband signal routing solution, with DC/low-frequency switching and measurement capabilities of the Integra series system. 7711 offers dual 1x4 configuration and can be connected to a wide range of external communication instruments, including oscilloscopes, pulse generators, and signal analysis tools. One channel of each multiplexer group is always closed with the corresponding output connector. All connections are easy to connect to the rear panel. 7711 is suitable for use with Keithley systems 2700 (760-0354, 7600357), 2701 (760-0351), and 2750 (760-0360).
