Description Infineon Infineon The phase controlled thyristor (PCT) of the membrane box series is assembled in a sealed ceramic compression packaging shell, which can provide protection in high humidity environments. They are triggered electrically and have a rated voltage of up to 1600V. The ceramic disc diameter ranges from 42mm, 48mm to 58mm, and the height is 14mm or 26mm. The electrically triggered structure is small. Infineon Infineon Phase Controlled Thyristor (PCT) provides different types of thyristors, such as capsule type, thyristor module, and combination PowerBLOCK thyristor/diode module. The thyristor module comes with stable pressure contacts and uses isolation substrates of various sizes, with a maximum of 60mm.
