Description TS3002 1V/1μA Easy to use oscillator/timer demonstration board for evaluating TS3002. TS3002 is a single power CMOS oscillator that can be fully specified to operate at 1V and consume 1 μ A of power current at an output frequency of 25kHz. TS3002 is Touchstone's high-performance NanoWatt Analog ™ Part of it. TS3002 can operate within a single power supply voltage range of 0.9V to 1.8V. TS3002 only requires one resistor and capacitor to set the output frequency. The demonstration board comes with an onboard 4.32M Ω RSET resistor and 7.9pF CSET capacitor, which can set FOUT at 25kHz. In addition, the PWMOUT output can be used in voltage controlled pins to modulate applications with 12% to 90% signal load cycles. FOUT output frequency: 25kHz RSET=4.32M Ω, CSET=7.9pF PWMOUT output load cycle range: 12% to 90% Programmable frequency range: 5.2kHz ≤ FOUT ≤ 90kHz (BOOST=GND) 5.2kHz ≤ FOUT ≤ 290kHz (BOOST=VDD) Fully assembled and tested 2-in x 2-in double-layer circuit board # # Programmable oscillator
