Description
PicoScope 6000 Series 6402 and 6403 are the first USB oscilloscopes to offer a real-time sampling rate of 5GS/s. The 6403 and 6404 oscilloscopes provide significantly expanded memory that can be used to capture detailed signals over long periods of time (such as communication buses or serial data), with scaling factors up to 100 million, or to store high sampling rates for long timebases, or to capture and store up to 10000 events in waveform buffers. High speed USB 2.0 connects to PC with built-in arbitrary waveform generator and spectrum analyzer.
