Interscale M The desktop and rack mount enclosure multi-purpose Interscale M standard series is an electronic equipment box designed for 19 inch and desktop applications (can be DIN rail mounted with accessory clips). The box offers 40 different specifications, 21 with solid side panels and 19 with porous panels on both sides. The box consists of four parts: a sturdy U-shaped body, front panel, rear panel, and lid. The Interscale M features a detachable front and rear panel for quick and easy installation, requiring only two screws for assembly or disassembly. Integrated EM protection is achieved through interlocking box walls, and the use of porous side panels can ensure integrated EM protection even at approximately 20dB to 2GHz. Interscale M can be used for many applications, such as fanless fieldbus enclosures, single board computers or ARM modules, mobile diagnostic or therapeutic equipment for medical systems, PC based point of sale (POS) systems, video surveillance for building services, and peripheral control devices for industrial applications. The accessories include mounting plates, mounting plates with fans, fans with supports, printed circuit board brackets for mounting plates, assembly/disassembly tools, DIN rail clips, and adhesive bases for mounting printed circuit boards. Assembly/disassembly is fast and easy, with only two screws for immediate access to electronic devices. EMC protection modular ready-made components are available in 21 standard sizes, with or without side perforations for heat dissipation in 3 different heights. The 1U, 2U, and 3U solid side panel models offer IP30 protection. The RAL7016 comes with a finely powder coated steel U-shaped body and cover, aluminum front and rear panels, and aluminum front and rear panels that are easy to modify.
