Description IP68 MENTOR This series of light guides is developed based on the original 1282 and 1293 light tubes. They are waterproof models with IP68 rating, tested by MENTOR. Waterproof design is achieved through its unique shape and precise installation holes. Mentor's direct light guide design is used for the front panel with surface mount (SMD) LEDs. Suitable LEDs include OSRAM Opto Semiconductors' SIDELED, TOPLED, and CHIPLED series. This series of optical guides has a straight projection surface that can stably approach LEDs at 0 ° angles. The front panel light guide is made of transparent plastic material. This light guide offers various sizes, including spherical, planar, or flat bottomed drill bit shapes. Suitable applications include medical equipment, security, communication equipment, and industrial control. Their IP68 waterproof rating makes them suitable for use in harsh environments.
