Description Tektronix The mixed signal oscilloscope MSO2000B and DPO2000B series Tektronix MSO2000B and DPO2000B series products offer advanced debugging functions at an entry-level price. With up to 20 channel model options for analyzing analog and digital signals, users can quickly identify and diagnose issues in complex designs. The MSO2000B and DPO2000B models offer a standard 1 million point deep recording length on all channels, which helps capture long-term signal activity while maintaining fine timing resolution. Combining deep record length with Wave Inspector ® Navigation and search tools enable users to quickly locate their events. Compatible probes include: low voltage, single ended TAP1500 (661-3286); Current TCP0020 (796-2696), TCP0150 (661-3283), TCP2020 (796-6705); Differential, high voltage TDP0500 ( 661-3292 )、TDP1000 ( 668-7167 )、THDP0100 ( 752-7353 )、THDP0200 ( 752-7357 )、TMDP0200 ( 752-7366 )； Passive TPP0100 (726-0035), TPP0200 (726-0038). The attachments provided include: Soft Carrying Case ACD2000 (575-589); Hard carrying case HCTEK4321 (613-1510); Base frame installation kit RMD2000 (697-8791); Probe adapter TPA-BNC (628-7540). Wave Inspector ® Control, easy to navigate, automatically search for waveform data. Filter VuTM variable low-pass filter is used to eliminate unwanted signal noise when capturing high-frequency events. 29 automatic measurements and FFT analysis are added to simplify waveform analysis. Trigger modes: edge, pulse width, short wave, logic, setting and holding, rise/fall time, video+(MSO only) automatic trigger, decoding and search parallel bus, and multi-channel setting and holding trigger TekVPI ® The probe interface supports active, differential, and current probes for automatic calibration and unit 7 "(180mm) widescreen TFT-LCD color display. It is compact in size (5.3"/134mm deep) and lightweight (7 pounds 14 ounces/3.6 kilograms). The front panel has a USB 2.0 host port for quick and convenient data storage.
