Description Tektronix DMM4040 The Tektronix DMM4040 and DMM4050 6.5bit precision multimeters are used to perform typical multimeter measurements - voltage, resistance, and current - with basic VDC accuracy of up to 0.0024% and resolution of 100 pA and 10 μ Ω.
