Description 48 The port layer 2 stackable fast Ethernet switch Allied Telesis AT-8000S/48 provides high-performance layer 2 switching technology in an economical fixed configuration platform. This switch provides 48 10/100 ports, two fixed 1Gbps SFP slots, and two integrated stack connectors, capable of transmitting a total stack bandwidth of 4Gbps. The integrated stack functionality in this platform can be configured as a reliable ring topology, designed to provide high reliability and simplified management for applications with higher port density. Industry standard CLI simple, intuitive, and fully functional Allied Telesis web interface for secure encrypted web and CLI management, with SSH v2 and SSL SNMP levels of access permissions, silent fanless operation, VLAN support for 1RU form factor, non blocking wire speed forwarding, port security, IGMP snooping, web-based management and SNMP, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging, IEE8.1p level services, and support for cross stack port mirroring.
