Description Idealtek ESD Carbofib Idealtek offers the most precise and comprehensive range of plastic tweezers, made from engineering plastic materials with over 20 years of experience. This series offers durable anti magnetic, acid resistant stainless steel with ESD safety and replaceable carbofib tips. Typical applications include laboratory and medical applications in the electronics industry, watch manufacturers, jewelers, and corrosive chemical environments. The replaceable kit comes with 2 tips and 3 screws. The tweezers market provides the simplest and most precise backup system. The stainless steel (SA) body is made of low-carbon austenitic steel (material number 1.4435, DIN X2CrNiMo18-14-3, AISI number 316L), which contains 16.5 to 18.5 wt% chromium and has a large amount of nickel and molybdenum plating. It has good corrosion resistance and can resist most chemical products, salt and acid erosion. It is not magnetizable and is usually used in situations where corrosion resistance and toughness are the main requirements. The replaceable tip is reinforced with PA66/CF30 polyamide 66, with 30 wt% carbon fiber thermal stability and ultra-high strength, excellent tensile and bending strength, low fatigue and creep resistance.
