Description DEHN Surge arrester accessories are used as universal components for the Redline product line, including terminal marking devices and remote display panels. STAK25 allows the conversion of type 2 surge devices into feedthrough wiring to comply with the requirements of BS7671 revision 1, while DEHNpanel facilitates the installation of remote visual status indication. The indicator power supply is independent of the power supply through a lithium battery, and can continuously monitor door installation applications even during power failures. It is easy to install and suitable for use with surge devices. With no voltage conversion contacts, it can be used with multiple linked SPD contacts to connect X and Y cables for DEHNcube # # # surge protection devices. SPD (DIN rail) voltage surges are often referred to as peak or transient overvoltages, which are usually caused by switch fluorescent lamps, fuse burnout, or nearby lightning activity. The worst voltage surges are usually caused by lightning, with voltages up to 6000V and current surges exceeding 3000A. The maximum value of voltage and current surges caused by lightning strikes depends on the location within the building's wiring system. BS7671: First revised edition in 2011, sections 443 and 534 cover risk assessment and provide guidance on electronic device protection for installation engineers to follow. The BSEN 62305 standard series provides the most comprehensive information on lightning and surge protection.
