Description RS IP65 Emergency stop switch - ADA16E series (16mm) emergency stop (E-stop) switch is designed to match the industrial standard 16mm diameter panel cut, with a thickness between 0.5 and 5mm. Each emergency stop switch is pre installed with 1 normally open/1 normally closed+1 normally open/1 normally closed contact block, with 2.8x0.5mm universal terminal blocks, allowing direct soldering or plug-in sockets. Due to the detachable contact block ensuring quick and easy installation, once fully assembled onto the panel, the waterproof panel of the emergency stop (E-stop) switch will be sealed to IP65 rating. This emergency stop switch comes with a red 24mm diameter actuator head that protrudes 18mm from the panel and has a 42.4mm rear panel depth. Designed for easy operation with the thumb or even gloved hands, simply push in to activate and twist clockwise to unlock. High operating force (2kgf) can prevent accidental touch from stopping the machine and causing danger or damage. Other switches in the ADA16 series include key switches; Rotating selector switch; Buzzer; To view the directional lighting indicator lights and sub components, modular structure, lighting or non lighting button switches, please refer to inventory number 745-2433. They meet the IP65 waterproof protection level of 16mm Ø and have a panel cut rated at 5A 250V AC (8A 125V AC) with silver contact insulation resistance>50M Ω 2kgf. The triggering force has a mechanical life of at least 100000 operations and a mechanical life of at least 50000 operations. The operating temperature range is -25 to+55 ° C. Note that each emergency stop (E-stop) switch comes with a 40mm diameter legend board.
