Description CoolSET™，Infineon **Infineon** The offline SMPS current mode controller comes with an integrated 650V CoolMOS and starter battery (frequency jitter mode). The PMIC BiCMOS technology has a VCC range of 26V, covering the changes generated by the auxiliary power supply when applying CV/CC regulation to the secondary side. It also has an active pulse mode that provides low standby power consumption, as well as an automatic restart mode function that prevents VCC overvoltage/undervoltage, output open circuit, and overheating. ICE3B1565J has a fixed frequency current mode flyback PWM controller, which can be used for various applications ranging from smart meters, DVD players, set-top boxes, game controllers to LED TVs.
