Description Tektronix The mixed domain oscilloscope MDO4000B series Tektronix MDO4000 oscilloscope is the first oscilloscope with a built-in spectrum analyzer. This allows users to capture time related analog, digital, and RF signals, thereby obtaining a complete system view of the device. Both time and frequency domains are clear at a glance. Standard attachments include: GPIB for USB adapter TEK-USB-488 (113-143); TPP0500B passive probe (797-3390), used for 728-6759, for 1 GHz models; P6616 (728-6753) logic probe. Other recommended probes are: TPP0502 (734-5016) passive voltage probe; TPP0850 (734-5010) and P5100A (734-5013) high-voltage passive probes; TAP1500 (661-3286), TAP2500 (232-288), and TAP3500 (668-7155) active probes; TCP0030A (781-0807) and TCP0150 (661-3283) current probes; TDP0500 (661-3292), TDP1000 (668-7167), and TDP1500 (668-7161) differential probes; THDP0200 (752-7357), THDP0100 (752-7353), TMDP0200 (752-7366), and P5200A (734-5029) high-voltage differential probes. Hybrid domain analysis allows for time-dependent simulation, digital and RF signal acquisition in a single instrument, as well as Wave Inspector ® It is easier to control the generation of time waveforms by comparing the amplitude, frequency, and phase of time related data in the time and frequency domains with the RF input. Optional spectrum time can be used to discover and analyze RF changes over time, including changes in stopped acquisition. Spectrum analysis can quickly and efficiently solve complex design problems. Dedicated front panel control, can be used for routine tasks, automatic peak identification, frequency and spectrum peak amplitude recognition, manual identification allows for non peak measurement trajectory types including normal value, average value, maximum hold, minimum hold detection types
