Model L78M15CV
Description L78M The series of linear voltage regulators, STMicroelectronics' L78M series forward linear voltage regulators, all have a fixed voltage output of 5V to up to 24V and a current output of 500mA. They are three terminal regulator ICs available in a range of packages: TO220, DPAK, and IPAK. These devices are suitable for many applications, including local card regulation and power distribution systems. The internal current limitation, thermal shutdown, and safe working area protection make it very durable. No external components are required unless you want to adjust the voltage and current output.
