Description Delphi Weather resistant sealed male automotive connector assembly, with three ribbed silicone resin connectors and cavity seals, designed to withstand extreme temperatures, chemicals, and fluids. The wiring terminals of these weather resistant encapsulated automotive connectors are tin plated and have special core wings that can be connected by simply crimping, so there is no need for soldering. The double handle feet on the wiring terminals help prevent withdrawal. These weather resistant encapsulated automotive connectors have forward locking indexing to prevent mismatches, with secondary locking and connector position assurance (CPA). The typical applications of these weather resistant encapsulated sealed automotive connectors are low energy consumption and low voltage automotive applications in harsh environments, such as commercial vehicles and maritime applications.
