Description TE Connectivity SOLISTRAND The SOLISTRAND flag shaped ring tongue crimping terminal is designed for terminating solid wires, twisted wires, and irregularly shaped wires. These SOLISTRAND flag shaped circular tongue crimping terminals are made of fine grade high conductivity tin plated copper and have copper cast enclosed sleeves that create uniform metal strength around the sleeves. The inner surface of the sleeve has dents or serrations, which have the highest tensile strength and can achieve the maximum electrical contact area after crimping.
