Description USB2517 High speed USB 2.0 multi TT 7-port hub customer evaluation board SMSC USB2517 MultiTRAK ™ It is a low-power, fully functional, high-speed USB 2.0 hub that meets seven downstream ports. The EVB-USB2517 evaluation board demonstrates a standalone application for a hub with advanced power-saving options and configurable port configurations. It is a demonstration and evaluation platform that can be implemented using printed circuit boards and independent port power control to robustly demonstrate the unique features of this device. The EVB-USB2517 is designed for efficient power implementation with a high-speed USB hub that supports internal default hub configuration and optional external EERPOM configuration.
