Description Keysight 33500B The Keysight 33500B series waveform generator includes Trueform signal generation technology, which is the best combination of direct digital synthesis (DDS) and point-to-point architecture. It offers enhanced performance at a price only related to DDS. The 33500B model offers lower jitter and harmonic distortion than similar alternative instruments. The jitter performance enables users to place edges more accurately, helping to reduce timing errors in circuit design. Total harmonic distortion less than 0.04% and non harmonic spurious suppression less than 75dBc. This means that clear signals without introducing noise provide users with higher accuracy. The jitter rate and 8.4ns rise and fall frequency enable users to set trigger points more accurately. The 16 bit resolution of the 33500B model helps to reduce the output to 1uV, enabling users to test low-voltage circuits and designs.
