Description E-1048-8I The E-1048-8I series intelligent power relay is a remote control electronic load disconnect relay with three measurement functions in one device: \ - electronic relay \ - electronic overcurrent protection \ - status indication. The 7-pin direct insertion model is designed to be used with various E-T-A terminal blocks, such as the 17-P10-Si integrated power electronic device, which provides wear-resistant switching function and is insensitive to impact and vibration. The electromechanical relay only needs to control a small part of the power supply for switching loads. This is very important for battery buffering load circuits, as even when the generator is offline, it is necessary to maintain control of the circuit with extremely low induced current consumption of less than 1mA. For battery buffering applications, it is necessary to disconnect the load circuit in case of overload or short circuit. The trip curve is also suitable for permanent monitoring of wire breakage in the load circuit for smaller motor loads. Two status outputs, namely control signal AS and group signal SF, provide status indication for processing the actual value of current in the power management system, and provide analog output from 0 to 5V. Typical applications include DC 12V or DC 24V circuits that require magnetic valves, motors, or lamp loads, as well as switches, protections, or monitoring.
