Model L298P
Description L298 The ST L298 dual bridge motor driver is an integrated high voltage, high current dual full bridge driver. This device is designed to accept inductive loads in standard TTL logic and drive relays, solenoid valves, DC and stepper motors. The feature includes two enable inputs, which can enable or disable L298 independently of the input signal. The emitter of each transistor under the bridge is connected, and the corresponding external terminal can be used to connect an external sensing resistor. In addition, provide power input for logic to operate at lower voltages. ###Features: Working power supply voltage up to 46 V, total DC power supply up to 4 A, low saturation voltage, over temperature protection logic "0", input voltage up to 1.5 V (high noise resistance), motor controller and driver, STMicroelectronics
