Description Single in line printed circuit board installation, BU series, Vishay Semiconductor BU series bridge rectifier, using SIL printed circuit board installation package, from Vishay Semiconductor. Universal AC/DC full wave bridge rectifier, suitable for linear and switching power supplies in household appliances and white goods applications. These rectifiers have enhanced isoCink+ ™ High current density single in line package with excellent thermal conductivity. Enhanced isoCink+ ™ SIL packaging has been tested to comply with UL standards, ensuring the safety of electrically isolated semiconductor equipment. UL 1557。 Enhanced high current density single in line package with excellent thermal conductivity solder pins, used for through-hole installation on printed circuit boards (PCBs) # # # Bridge rectifier - Vishay Semiconductor Bridge rectifier converts AC input to DC output for full wave rectification applications. The diode arrangement provides the same output polarity for any input polarity. A three-phase full wave rectifier is an arrangement of six diodes in a bridge circuit configuration. Packaging design is used to provide minimum size, maximum reliability, and maximum thermal performance.
