Description ERNI ERmet ZD The ERmet ZD high-speed male backplane signal connector is designed for high-speed differential signals in telecommunications applications, with a data transmission rate of up to 5 Gbits/s. These ERmet ZD high-speed signal connectors have an optimized grid structure designed to reduce signal interference and improve RF characteristics. This grid layout also allows these ERmet ZD connectors to be integrated with traditional 2mm HM or Eurocard connector systems (IEC 061076-4-101). The ERmet ZD connector has 3 connection levels to ensure reliable mating. The grounding plate and signal pins are matched as needed with a spacing of 1.5 mm. Each pair of signal pins is surrounded by L-shaped blade plates that provide internal differential shielding. This board enables the connector to maintain high performance levels when encountering reflections and cross shaped objects. The L-shaped board can also prevent signal contacts from being damaged by residual breakage. These ERmet ZD backplane high-speed signal connectors have low noise and dual beam design contacts. The straight layout of signal and ground contacts enables easy and economical trajectory routing. Press fit terminal connection allows for easy and safe installation of printed circuit boards. These ERmet ZD female connectors have a length of 25 mm and are available in 2, 3, and 4 pairs configurations. ###Features and advantages: High speed data transmission rate of up to 5 Gbits/s optimized grid structure, used to improve RF characteristics. Robust mechanical design of L-shaped blade, providing high RF performance male contact layout, easy to trace wiring and crimping termination compatible with 2 mm HM connector system (IEC 061076-4-101). ERmet ZD series connectors can be used as backplane interconnects for PICMG 3. x (ATCA) industrial standards and meet the performance requirements of high-speed and low-voltage differential signals.
