Description TE Connectivity FASTON 250 The FASTON 250 series quick connect crimping socket terminals provide fast application speed and consistent reliability. Extensive experience in various fields of industry has proven that this crimping is the most effective way to ensure stable electrical and mechanical performance. The FASTON 250 socket terminal has a voltage drop type insulation support sleeve, which can be used to compensate for insulation thickness to ensure the accuracy of axial calibration of conductor strands. The conical wall is located at the rear of the FASTIN FASTON 250 socket to prevent excessive insertion of the shoulder less plug. Each Faston terminal has a precisely controlled crimping specification that allows for all connections to be made according to regulations. To achieve the optimal combination of mechanical strength and electrical conductivity, matching crimping tools (available for purchase separately) can be used to apply these Faston 250 sockets to wires. F-type crimping terminals can provide precise tensile strength and conductivity, which will extend the service life of the circuit.
