Description X-Band The X-Band motion detector module operates at an X-band frequency of 10.525GHz and uses oscillations in its high/low output to indicate detected motion. The sensors of the X-Band motion detector are a common component of safety systems and automatic door openers, and can detect movements indoors, in courtyards, and even on the other side of walls. The sensitivity can be manually adjusted using a potentiometer, providing a direct line of sight detection of approximately 2.4 to 9m. Operating frequency: 10.525GHz. Compared with passive infrared (PIR) motion sensors, it is less prone to false triggering of high-level effective enable pins. It comes with an internal pull-up resistor fine-tuning potentiometer for manually adjustable sensitivity 4-pin SIP tube sockets, used for testing circuit boards or through-hole prototype designs. It is compatible with Propeller microcontrollers and other 3.3V devices for electroplating test points and monitoring pre comparator signals. Power requirements: adjust 5V DC @ 8mA. Communication: high (3.9V)/low (0V) signals oscillate with motion. Size: 46 x 45 x 19mm. Operating temperature range: 0 to+55 ° C.
