Description Molex Citizen CLL LED The array mount for Citizen CLL CoB's Molex LED array mount is particularly suitable for OEM lighting manufacturers, simplifying the LED installation process and reducing installation time. By using solderless compression contacts, there is no need for manual or surface mount welding and expensive surface mount equipment. These LED array supports allow for quick installation of CoB LED arrays into fixtures, which can be replaced on-site using easy to loosen wire clamps, facilitating upgrades to existing applications. The Molex Citizen CLL CoB LED array mount is particularly suitable for applications including building lighting, area lighting, and recessed lighting. The compression contact to the power array is a gold-plated wire clamp terminal block for connecting the power supply. It is suitable for wire specifications of 18AWG or 20AWG and can be loosened with wire clamps for rework or replacement. It can be repaired on site and used to install the accessories and supports of the LED array to the holes of the heat sink through screws. M3 or 4-40 screws can be used to provide voltage isolation between the LED and the heat sink. Stable connection in high ambient temperatures is particularly suitable for lamp and small fixture applications, including MR16 or walkway lighting.
