Description Hammond 1590 The Hammond 1590 series waterproof die cast aluminum shell is a sturdy die cast aluminum alloy shell suitable for tough but easy to machine electronic instruments. Featuring an overlapping structure, the cover is surrounded by self-adhesive silicone pads that provide IP65 protection, dust and splash resistance, and enhance EMI/RFI shielding performance. Durable die cast aluminum alloy 384 (tough but easy to process) electronic instrument housing overlap structure with a silicone rubber gasket installed on the outer ring of the cover, dustproof and waterproof. The silicone rubber gasket maintains flexibility and smoothness between -62 to+232 ° C (-80 to+450 ° F). The surface is polished without vibration and there are no sharp edges.
