Description MEMS Microphone - INMP504/INMP510, InvenSense * * InvenSense * * simulates ultra-low noise INMP504 and RF hardened INMP510, providing low-power omnidirectional MEMS microphones with bottom ports. Both devices include a MEMS microphone, an output amplifier, and an impedance converter. Their sensitivity means they are particularly suitable for near-field or far-field use. The pins of the two MEMS devices, INMP504 and INMP510, are compatible. In addition, the functions and pins of INMP504 are also suitable for the INMP404 microphone and can be easily upgraded. The microphone structure is compact and has high SNR and extended wideband response.
