Description TE Connectivity PLASTI-GRIP Shur The plug wire crimping terminal PLASTI-GRIP Shur is made of high conductivity tin plated copper and can be equipped with an ethylene based high insulation expansion sleeve with insulation strength up to 94V-0 level. These PLASTI-GRIP Shur plugs have serrated crimping terminals, which can generate maximum electrical contact surface and tensile strength after crimping. The funnel-shaped entrance on the wiring sleeve makes it easier to insert and strip wires. ###Note that it is not suitable for the commercial series of TE Connectivity Plasti Grip terminal blocks with dual wires. It also has the advantages of a funnel-shaped inlet and positioning ribs for crimping tools. The funnel-shaped inlet ensures easy assembly and prevents the wire harness from unfolding outward. The insulation sleeve of the circular, flat, and wire pin connection terminals has molded crimping positioning ribs, which ensure the correct positioning of the connection terminals in the crimping tool. The base in the brass crimping sleeve can enhance tensile strength and contact resistance.
