Model TLE6389-3G V50
Description TLE6389，DC-DC converter (automotive), Infineon TLE6389 step-down DC-DC controller with PWM/PFM control scheme, which means high proportion load cycle will provide extremely low voltage drop. The switching control will drive the P-channel MOSFET externally to provide up to 12.5W of output power. TLE6389-3G V50 is set to 5V, while TLE6389-2GV can be adjusted in the range of 7V to 15V, and can be turned off by enabling input to reduce the input current. The controller has a wide input voltage range of up to 60 V and a fixed 360 KHz switching frequency.
