Description JFET Compared to earlier series of JFET input amplifiers, the Excalibur TLE series BiFET operational amplifier from Texas Instruments has significant improvements. The TLE2060 series is a low-power JFET input operational amplifier. Compared with the early TL060 and TL030 BiFET series, it has doubled bandwidth but no significant increase in power consumption; In addition, they have lower noise compared to TL030/TL060 devices. Compared to the early TL070 and TL080 series, the TLE2070 and TLE2080 series have more than twice the bandwidth, three times the conversion rate, and lower noise levels. They can also operate at higher power supply voltages up to ± 19V.
