Description PIC16F627A/628A/648A Microchip's PIC16F series microcontroller 8-bit MCU integrates Microchip's PIC ® The architecture is integrated into the pin and packaging options, ranging from space saving 14 pin devices to feature rich 64 pin devices. Devices with baseline, intermediate, or enhanced intermediate architectures offer a variety of peripheral device combinations, providing designers with flexibility and choices for applications. The PIC16F627A/628A/648A series microcontrollers are based on Microchip mid-range cores, with an 8-layer deep hardware stack and 35 instructions. These MCUs provide up to 5 MIPS, up to 3.5 K bytes of program memory, 224 bytes of RAM, and up to 128 bytes of data EEPROM. The onboard is an oscillator that has been factory calibrated to an accuracy of ± 1%. ###The microcontroller has a maximum function of 20 MHz, CPU speed of 35 instructions, 8 levels of hardware stack, 16 input/output pins, power on reset (POR), power on timer (PWRT), oscillator start timer (OST), power off reset (BOR), monitoring timer (WDT), low voltage programming (LVP), online serial programming (ICSP), two peripherals, two comparators, capture/compare/PWM modules, two 8-bit timers, one 16 bit timer, PIC16 microcontroller
