Description OSRAM SFH 494x The SFH 494x series from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is an infrared (IR) emitter array with a wavelength of 940nm. These lead frame arrays are provided with between 2 and 10 IR emitters per arrangement. The SFH 494x device provides short switching time and is packaged in a miniature form factor. Its packaging size is equivalent to the BPX 80 series.
