Description 0603 Vishay PVHT The Vishay PVHT series of high-temperature film wrapped chip resistors are optimized for harsh temperature conditions up to 250 ° C (energized) or 270 ° C (unpowered). Providing high stability, these thin film resistors have tolerances as low as 0.05% and temperature coefficients as low as 5 ppm/° C. These sulfur resistant chip resistors use gold-plated terminals and provide 0.8% load life stability after 2000 hours (at 250 ° C). ###Features and advantages: Able to withstand very high temperatures Operating temperature range: -55 ° C to+250 ° C Storage temperature: -55 ° C to+270 ° C Gold plated end connections (<1 μ m thick) # # # Applications: Automotive (engines, transmissions, brakes, battery management), intelligent power supplies (frequency converters, ammeters, grid control), industrial control and measurement systems, aviation electronics (flight control computers), and exploration (drilling).
