Description BM78 The Microchip BM78 Bluetooth 4.2 dual-mode module is the Bluetooth version of the 4.2 dual-mode module, supporting BR/EDR and BLE communication. This module provides fully certified Bluetooth solutions without the need for RF design regulations and compliance testing, thereby reducing development time. BM78 supports GAP, SDP, SPP, and GATT configuration files. The data is transmitted through a transparent UART mode via Bluetooth connection, and the integration task between BM78 and the host MCU can be simplified by using the UART interface of this module. Module configuration can be completed through the use of a Windows compatible graphical user interface (GUI) or directly through the MCU. ###Features: Supports Bluetooth Classic (BR/EDR) and Bluetooth Low Energy (LE). Bluetooth Technology Alliance certified, fully Bluetooth stack, transparent UART mode, used for seamless transmission of serial data through UART interface. Easy to use Windows GUI or directly configure secure AES128 encryption GAP, SDP, SPP, GATT configuration files through MCU. Firmware can be upgraded on-site through UART.
