Description PIC16C63A/65B/73B/74B 8 Microchip's PIC16C series microcontroller 8-bit CMOS MCU integrates Microchip's PIC ® The architecture is integrated into the pin and packaging options, ranging from space saving 14 pin devices to feature rich 64 pin devices. Now replaced by flash based models, these devices are still popular in traditional designs. For new applications, the PIC16F model should be considered. The PIC16C63A/65B/73B/74B series microcontrollers are based on Microchip's intermediate architecture, with an 8-layer hardware stack and 35 14 bit instructions. These MCUs can provide up to 5 MIPs, 7 kilobytes of program memory, and 192 bytes of RAM for data storage. Onboard RC oscillator with an accuracy of ± 1%. ###Features: 35 instructions, 8-level hardware stack, 22 input/output pins - PIC16C63A/73B, 33 input/output pins - PIC16C65B/74B, 1 capture, compare, PWM (CCP) module, 5 channels, 8-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) - PIC16C73B only, 8 channels, 8-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) - PIC16C74B only, two 8-bit timers, one 16 bit timer synchronous serial port (SSP), with SPI and I2C universal synchronous asynchronous receiver transmitter (USART/SCI), parallel slave port - PIC16C65B/74B only, monitor timer (WDT), power on reset (POR), power on timer (PWRT), oscillator start.
