Description TDK-Lambda 50W The PH-A280 series TDK Lambda PH-A280 isolated DC-DC converter up to 150W is a series of DC-DC power modules suitable for high input voltages. The PH-A280 series has a range of 50 to 150W and output voltages of 5, 12, 24, and 48V DC. The size of this DC-DC converter follows the industry standard quarter brick format. These DC-DC converters have an input voltage of up to 425V DC, making the PH-A280 suitable for emerging 380V DC power architectures used in data centers and telecommunications facilities, where using higher voltages helps reduce losses. This series of power modules adopts conduction cooling, which is suitable for a wide range of industrial and renewable energy applications, especially for outdoor equipment that is water-cooled, enclosed, fanless, and compact. 200-425V DC input substrate can be cooled to 100 ° C at full power with a quarter brick volume.
