Description MCP3551 The demonstration board is designed to use the WebView installed on a PC ™ Software to demonstrate the performance of MCP3551 22 bit Delta Sigma analog-to-digital (ADC) converter. The demonstration board can be integrated with MPLAB ICD 2 and PICkit ™ 1 Flash Starter Kit or PICkit ™ Used together for developing demonstration/evaluation firmware. You can choose to install another MCP3551 for use with the optional promotion board (sold separately). This board is designed to evaluate MCP3551 with minimal printed circuit board (PCB) noise. The layout of the printed circuit board is designed with low noise to minimize signal noise as much as possible, in order to demonstrate the performance of the 22 bit MCP3551. Three types of precision potentiometers, used to demonstrate the functionality of MCP3551 onboard PIC18F4550, with USB interface, for use in WebView ™ Communication USB interface, used to connect to PC Dataview ™ Software with three tube sockets/connectors in easy to read format and data recording for use with PICkit ™ 1 PICkit ™ 2 or MPLAB ICD 2 programming MCU # # # Analog to Digital Converter - Microchip
