Description MIC4605 Half bridge MOSFET driver evaluation board, Micrel Micrel MIC4605 is an 85V half bridge driver with adaptive idle time and preventive shooting. Maximizing power efficiency through an adaptive no-load time circuit, actively monitoring the half bridge output to minimize the time required for high and low side MOSFET transitions. Prevent erroneous inputs and noise by simultaneously rotating MOSFETs through reverse imaging of the entire circuit. To maximize system efficiency, MIC4605 offers a wide operating voltage range of 5.5V to 16V. A low operating voltage of 5.5V can enable battery powered applications to run for longer periods of time. In addition, the adjustable gate drive of MIC4605 sets the gate drive voltage to VDD to optimize MOSFET RDS (ON), minimizing power loss due to MOSFET RDS (ON).
