Description Murata 1W SIP Single and Dual Output Isolated DC-DC Converter - The Murata Power MEJ1 series is a series of isolated 1W DC-DC converters packaged in a 7-pin SIP package. The DC to DC converter complies with the third edition of medical safety standards and provides the following MOOP (operator protection mode): 2 MOOPs based on a working voltage of 200Vrms max -280 Vpk max, and 1 MOOP based on a maximum working voltage of 200Vrms. The typical energy efficiency of these DC to DC converters ranges from 70 to 78%. The MEJ1 series is designed for low-power applications that require high isolation, such as safety barriers, IGBT drivers, and control systems for an institution certified medical device. Single and dual output packaging using UL 94V-0 material SIP package type 5.2kVDC isolated 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V input 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, and 15V output internal SMD structure fully encapsulated, with ring magnet pins compatible with MEV, NMV, NMK, MEJ2, and NMJ series # # UL 609502, UL 60601 (3rd edition) # # Murata power solution - SIP
