Model 74HC4053BQ
Description 74HC Series decoder/multiplexer, Nexperia 74HC series CMOS logic IC decoder, multiplexer, multiplexer, and analog switch series. The 74HC series uses silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve similar operating speeds as the LSTTL series, but with reduced power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. High speed CMOS logic operating voltage: 2 to 6 V. Compatibility: Input CMOS, output CMOS three-way 2-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer, 74HC4053, 74HCT4053 are three-way single pole double throw analog switches (3x SPDT), suitable for analog or digital 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer applications. Each switch has a digital selection input (Sn), two independent inputs/outputs (nY0 and nY1), and a common input/output (nZ). The digital enable input (E) is a common input for all switches. When E is at high level, the switch is turned off. The input includes clamp diodes. This can be achieved by using a current limiting resistor to connect the input port to a voltage exceeding VCC. Wide analog input voltage range: -5 V to+5 V Logic level conversion: 5 V logic can be enabled to communicate with ± 5 V analog signals Built in typical first off and then on ESD protection specified temperature range -40 ℃ to+85 ℃ and -40 ℃ to+125 ℃ Analog multiplexing and demultiplexing Digital multiplexing and demultiplexing gate signals # # 74HC series
