On September 24, TrendForce reported that global DRAM module revenue reached $21.217 billion in 2025, about 142.44 billion yuan, up 59% year over year.
TrendForce said the DRAM module market shifted in phases during 2025. In the first half, demand centered on DDR4, which was gradually being phased down. In the second half, the market focus shifted to DDR5. Beyond traditional consumer memory modules, industrial control and enterprise DRAM have become key segments for module makers to compete in.
